IF2 : General insurance business
The CII's IF2 exam focusses on basic insurance products and practice, and forms part of Certificate in Insurance. It is a 2-hour multiple choice question paper consisting of 100 questions, with a pass mark of 70%.
The exam syllabus covers insurance products and associated services, underwriting and policy wordings, claims, information & communication technology, security, confidential information & data protection, as well as customer service.
