R06 : Financial planning practice
The CII's R06 exam forms part of the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. The exam is based on two case studies.
The exam syllabus covers the obtaining of client information and understanding of their aims, objectives and risk profile, the conducting of a fact-find, the analysis of client data, the formulation of a financial plan and the making of recommendations, and the monitoring of client circumstances.
