CII AF4 Exam: Investment Planning
The CII's AF4 exam forms a part of the CII Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. It consists of 3 case study based compulsory questions and lasts for 3 hours. It has a nominal pass mark of 55% and requires a CII recommended 150 hours of study.
The exam syllabus covers the economic environment and how it impacts investment performance and decision making; the features, risks and returns of investments; company performance and accounts; how to measure and manage risk and returns; how to construct an investment portfolio; investment management services, their performance and regulation.
